Colonial House located in the back of the main building, with independent entrance; built around the year 1870, was acquired by the Family Villalón in the year 1909. The house keeps the original roofs made of French tiles, vitrales, mosaic floors, carpentry and original furniture.

The room has air conditioning, fan and telephone; bathroom with shower and hot water. Kitchen-dining room totally equipped with refrigerator, living room and study are climatized. The balcony goes along the whole house, which also has a back garden with tropical plants.

It is only 200 meters from El Malecón Habanero (Vedado), in front of the Villalón Park and three blocks from the Meliá Cohiba, Habana Riviera, and Presidente hotels.  Just as close you will find Galerías Paseo and Atlantic shopping centres, and Cuban art shop Arte Malecón.

Another interesting site you will find 100 meters from the flat is the Amadeo Roldán Auditorium (Official site of the Cuban Symphonic Orchestra and the Jazz Plaza and Contemporary Music Festivals). Also nearby there is the Jazz Café, with a panoramic sea view, the Café Habana (Hotel Meliá Cohiba) and the Copa Room cabaret (Hotel Habana Riviera). The Club Imágenes features comedy and contemporary music shows every night. This area comprises a wide range of local and international cuisine restaurants, as well as fast food. Theatres, cinemas, night clubs can also be found in this area.
